If you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item for an exchange within 15 days of shipment. Items must be in new, resellable condition. Clothing items must have tags attached to be returnable. Please be aware that you are responsible for all shipping charges.
Refunds will only be given to orders in which items were shipped incorrectly or damaged. If you would like to be refunded for the item please contact us at email@example.com to make arrangements. For a refund of the purchase price, items must be returned within 15 days from the date of shipment. Item(s) must be returned in new condition to ensure full credit. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded for returned merchandise.
If you are returning an item for a refund, please be aware that you will be refunded for the price of the item only. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges will not be refunded. If you are returning an item for an exchange, you will be billed additional shipping charges for the shipment of the exchange item.

An order can not be cancelled once shipped.
